Virgin Fest. Top 3 bands: Foo Fighters, STP, Kanye West
Lil Wayne's lateness was absurd.

I saw Pineapple Express(which is probaly the best Stoner Action film I've ever seen) on Friday
Worked behind the Barricade at North Stage of V Fest on Saturday
and
Led a roaming security team on Sunday at V Fest

I keep hearing reviewers (professional and amateur) of Pineapple Express say it's the best Stoner Action Film ever. My question: is "Stoner Action Film" really a genre? I don't doubt it's a great flick and I really want to see it, I just struggle to think of more than a few films in that genre.
Anyway, 2nd place overall in the softball tournament, which means we played both Saturday and Sunday. Watched a bunch of Olympics, the opening ceremony was SICK, despite any political undercurrent. I enjoy watching our boy MP pull the gold. Strolled around Annapolis Saturday evening, that place gets so jammed out with tourists it makes the Inner Harbor look like Monkton.

haha. I visited Dewey Beach for the first time in my adult life. I'm more the scarred for it. It's like Federal Hill on a Friday night, but with more booze and depression.

Totally agree w/JD...and i had no intention of even checking out Kanye West. NIN bored me so i went and saw him put on an amazing show. and Dave Grohl and Foo were easily the best show i've seen in a long time.

I have that STP song "Dead and Bloated" stuck in my head.
"I AM smelling like a rose that somebody gave me ..."
I think I just vomited a little in the back of my throat.

Looks like Drew from Greektown is too busy watching synchronized diving to post this week.

AC,
I picked it up from Seth Rogens appearance on The Daily Show and he said it may well be the first "stoner action film" so hopefully we will see more
