The review: Palma and Dubai

jon hanIn case you missed it, here is a link to my review of the new super clubs Palma and Dubai.

I went to them both on the same night a couple weeks ago, which, in my opinion, was genius.

If you're too lazy/busy to read the review, both clubs were basically empty on a Saturday night.

Owner Jon Han (pictured) didn't do his homework, and he's up the creek right now unless drastic changes are made.

Genius? maybe. Certainly a more effective use of time. Two boring experiences condensed into one night instead of wasting two.

Exactly!

About Sam Sessa
I've been The Baltimore Sun's nightlife and local entertainment reporter for a couple years, and it's surprising how much the scene has grown in that time. Most of Baltimore's bars and clubs are unpretentious places with fairly cheap drinks and plenty of character. I like dancing and think this city needs more clubs, but nothing beats having a cold, locally brewed beer with friends in a comfortably full corner bar.
