Those centrifuge tubes better be sterilized. And even so, after knowing how many generations of antibiotically resistant bacteria have grown in them, I still find their usage a bit nasty.

I can personally guarantee that those containers aren't used for spinning down bacteria preps (we use disposable 50mL conicals for that, our preps are never over 200mL). Plus I autoclaved them before use, and rinsed them with EtOH prior to autoclaving them. So yeah, they were clean. Also the vacuum filter is packaged sterile if anyone wonders further.
I guess I should have mentioned that for the people recognizing the equipment being used!
