Details on the soiree
Here's the skinny for the first Midnight Sun soiree:
7 p.m. Thursday Aug. 28
Idle Hour
201 E. Fort Ave.
Roll call!
How many of you are cool with this?
It's one of my favorite bars, and it's neutral ground.
The last time I was there I told Randall (one of the owners) I was interested in bringing a few friends on Aug. 28 and he was cool with it.
Now, I understand not all of you can make this one. Heck, I'd be happy if 10 people showed up.
For those of you who can't come, don't worry -- we'll do another one 4-6 months from now.
If this one goes smoothly, maybe even sooner.

I'm not a frequent poster, but since it isn't far from my house and your character rings true, I might stop by. Do we need to dress up like a hipster or meathead to get in? Or is plain dress, i.e. striped golf shirt as you model in your photo, okay?
