Drew,
Are you asking if anyone has been in Shirley's Honey Hole before?? I suspect many.
Posted by: Elizabeth | August 15, 2008 6:21 PM
@Frank - He's Not Here is a legendary bar in Chapel Hill, NC. Back in the day, they would serve up their trademark 32 ounce blue cups of draft beer for only $3. I'm imagine it's more like $6 a cup these days. Great bar name. Great bar.

Wait, Colleen, you must be the only South Baltimore girl who even knows there's another side of the harbor. Just kidding (kind of).
Seems Mr. Sessa has experienced BAR, too. Back in the yesteryear, when he did the FFF, he rated it one of Baltimore's top dive bars:

It's a great dive bar, worth checking out.

BAR - Baltimore City Paper has this description that appearred 9/22/2004: http://www.citypaper.com/bob/story.asp?id=9020

Trouble and GDA thanks for the info about Bar. Who knew? And as far as being one of the few South Baltimore girls to leave the Hill...thats mostly due to working at Mother's (for almost 9 years).
I need a break and some quality down time away from SoBo. Plus when I originally moved to B-more from Annapolis, I lived in Canton for a few years. I never subscribed to the mentality of sticking to your part of town. I love diversity. So I spread the love. :)

i know it's kinda simplistic, but i've always liked the name of, "Racers".

Sherley's honey Hole and Dick's Halfway Inn should merge. It would be a fantastic union. They could have Liquor in the front and poker in the rear.

Mather, you've been quiet for the past couple months, and now, 5 comments in a day? I think you've just broken your own record for single-day commenting! P.S., where have you been the past couple months?
