Love the Sly Fox's flat screens when watching Skins games...That's right Ravens fans, Skins games.

Umm, Sly Fox was a lame bar before it moved, now its even worse. Although if it keeps some Landover Redskins fans away from me on Sundays, I'm all for it.

PS, the two Pioneer plasmas behind the main bar in Crazy Lils are awesome - quality over quantity there.

Looney's has this in the bag!

if i remember correctly, Dead Freddies has some pretty nice TVs.

Claddaugh's upstairs bars have a good array, especially during football season. JD's Smokehouse, if they have something good on the big screen at the main bar. I also enjoy watching UFC fights at Hoohkas.

Butts & Bettys (Gough & Collington) in Fells..hands down the best flat screen TV's in a dive bar...

Emerald Tavern on Harford Rd. in Parkville.....7 42" screens in a tiny bar room.....nice!

I remember being impressed with the tv's at the stalking horse.
One thing I can't stand is when there are HD tv's and non-HD tv's and the timing isn't synced up. Then as you're watching a game on one, you hear the people cheering 3 seconds earlier on the other tv. I definitely recall this happening at Kisling's.
Great wings though.

Blarney Stone in Fells Point huge flat screen. Excellent for hockey

Agree 100% On Crazy Lil's Quality over Quanity. 2 Great TV's
Posted by: Kulesz | July 15, 2008 12:16 PM
Stalking Horse is loaded with TVs.
And JD's in Canton has some huge TVs
Posted by: Tyler | July 15, 2008 12:21 PM
No Idea probably has a tv devoted to every game that is on. Add to that some good specials and it makes for a great viewing experience.
Posted by: TS | July 15, 2008 12:28 PM
Definitely Looney's. The upstairs bar was my permanent hangout for the NCAA Tourney. You have 7 flat screens all within easy viewing distance.

Hey Evan, old buddy old pal ...

Max's in Fell's Point. Any beer you want, any game you want.
Also we need a special Crap Five Friday for bars with HDTVs showing stretched out crap standard-def channels instead of the HD feed.
Posted by: ChickenSangwich | July 15, 2008 1:56 PM
I'd have to say that Looneys in Canton has made the biggest stride b/c they've added a ton of flat screens but also added bars so you can always get a drink without taking your eyes off the game.
Posted by: Chris | July 15, 2008 2:19 PM
Looney's definitely. That's one of the the first places I go to when I want to be out watching a game.
Posted by: Larry | July 15, 2008 2:42 PM
ChickenSangwich ... totally agree, I hate that crap. If you dont' have HD feed, don't stretch your picture and pretend like you do.

I agree with Looney's, plus they have the MLB package so that's nice (I imagine they have the NFL package too), and their buffalo tenders are out of this world.
Posted by: Bob | July 15, 2008 5:10 PM
Lil's has two great quality tv's, very nice. No Idea has a television for every football game, along with all the sports packages (MLB, NFL, NCAA), so you can really watch any game you want.

Don't Know has a big projection screen with a bunch of flat screens on the walls and some smaller flat screens next to the dining tables. It's a great place to watch but way too many Patriots and Red Sox fans, however I do like the WVU fans. Let's go...Mountaineers!

JD's Upstairs is actually closed for the rest of the summer. I don't know why, but it is.

"Bar" in Fells has the BEST TV anywhere in the city. The interior is comfortable and welcoming, big leather chairs etc...EXCELLENT place to watch the game on Sundays!!!!!
Posted by: JMGiordano | July 16, 2008 11:07 AM
I agree with Looney's. That place has upgraded big time over the years with the new TV's & bars. Nothing like being there on a Saturday after a BSSC game watching college football. I'll be there tonight after softball!!
Posted by: Sturmy | July 16, 2008 4:51 PM
I would say Mothers on The Alley has tons of TVs especially the two big ones behind the bar
