The coolest thing on my desk

When I posted the photo of my desk from a while back, you probably didn't notice the best toy on there:

A magnetic Simpsons living room set, complete with magnetized characters.

I can arrange them at my will.

It is ... awesome.

And, I will never be giving it away as a prize.

Because it is ... awesome.

I'm waiting for a jealous comment from JTK, who I know loves The Simpsons.

Gotta hand it to you, Sam - you have way more fun stuff on your desk that me. Especially that little backhoe thing. I wonder what it says about a person by what's on your desk. As for me - the most notable thing I have on my desk is the slate roofing shingle that nearly killed me on my second day of work after college.

bryanintimonium - I still can't get over how I missed you with that slate roofing shingle on your second day of work after college.

haha, even the noblest of toys embiggens the smallest of cubicles.

About Sam Sessa
I've been The Baltimore Sun's nightlife and local entertainment reporter for a couple years, and it's surprising how much the scene has grown in that time. Most of Baltimore's bars and clubs are unpretentious places with fairly cheap drinks and plenty of character. I like dancing and think this city needs more clubs, but nothing beats having a cold, locally brewed beer with friends in a comfortably full corner bar.
