Do you mean on tap or overall selection including bottles?

Red Star has a constantly changing selection of unique beers in bottles and on tap. They always have specials on their featured brews. I've discovered quite a few gems there...one more bonus, they DON'T charge 6 bucks for an Anchor Steam!
I also dig the creative draft combinations on the list at Dog Pub.

Souris' Saloon in Towson has an excellent selection of good beers on tap including BaltoMarzHon - one of my favorite local brews. I also hear that at Pur they have someone to scatter hops on the floor so as to make your lounging experience more enjoyable for the $20 you just shelled out to walk through the door. Or at least they should.

Mahaffey's in Canton. They usually have a cask of beer available and a great variety on tap.

I second the vote for Mahaffey's.
