Is there any indication what they might do? I can't imagine them changing it dramatically, its been pretty successful so far.

One change I'd like to see if a new menu. I wasn't very excited by the menu when I tried it out last year. Along with better value for you money....but that's true of most nice places in Baltimore.

I have my fingers crossed for a new menu and drastically improved service.

Does anyone know where John and Maggie are going? I held a few events there and had my fair share of pints there. John was always a true gent, I'd hate for the Baltimore bar scene to loose him.

Pants, I think they might change the menu and the name but keep the Irish theme. I'm pretty sure it's been successful as an Irish pub.
Baltimore Irish - I don't know if John and Maggie know where they're going. I've heard they did not have a nice split with the other owner. They may need some time off to figure things out.

Amen to the service. Sadly, John and Maggie were the only people who I'd ever say gave me *good* service when my wife and friends visited. I've never dealt with such a rude hostess in all my life!

John and Maggie will be heading back to Ireland for a much needed vacation...I do not know what John's plans are, but Maggie will go back to nursing, as she is an RN....
