I give the best [meanie] award to the lovely young ladies dressed as streetwalkers who screamed in my dog's face until she cried and shook all over. Maybe next time the partiers could try showing a modicum of respect to the people who live in Fells and Canton.
I know it's Halloween, but some of us still have to walk our pets.

Re: Madness in Fells Point on Halloween
You also can not forget about the guy dressed as spiderman. Yeah, whats the big deal about spiderman right? Well, he couldn't take the long wait to get into Max's and decided climbing trees and pretending to shoot webs would pass the time. lol.

My friends and I came upon a fight (or a beating, more appropriately) and got the group of females off of the poor girl who was laying on the ground in the fetal position. The girls than proceeded to literally steal a taxi cab (the driver had gotten out to try to stop the beating also). They made it about a block I think. The 18 year old girl they had beaten was bleeding badly from the head and was eventually taken to the hospital. Classy girls, real classy.
