I take it from your comments above that you have never been to a Pub in Ireland (or much less Ireland). So, what makes you an authority on what is the best Irish Bar/Pub?

Really? I'm not the biggest fan of the Stil, but banning it for trying too hard to be authentic seems ridiculous. You seem to be overthinking this, with arbitrary standards.
