Celebration & Baltimore Magazine

Spoke with Katrina Ford, the singer for Celebration (pictured), yesterday.

Ford recently did an interview with Baltimore Magazine, and we both chuckled over this one exchange she had with them:

Baltimore Magazine: How important is it for a band to have a strong Web presence these days?

Ford: I don't know. It's a given now. I think that question would have been relevant five years ago. Everyone is online now, even funeral homes for God's sake.

hahahahahaha!
Baltimore Magazine: 150 years old. And it shows.
Although I think my question would have been, how long did it take the band to get it's music out through the series of tubes.

PS: hook these people up with Gutter.

About Sam Sessa
I've been The Baltimore Sun's nightlife and local entertainment reporter for a couple years, and it's surprising how much the scene has grown in that time. Most of Baltimore's bars and clubs are unpretentious places with fairly cheap drinks and plenty of character. I like dancing and think this city needs more clubs, but nothing beats having a cold, locally brewed beer with friends in a comfortably full corner bar.
