Here's another don't-miss free show: an all-day surf fest featuring more than a dozen bands which starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 3 a.m.

3. The Baltimore Improv Group at the Baltimore Museum of Art Saturday

This free performance starts at 8 p.m. and features a performance by Gus, one of BIG's troupes. You might want to get reservations in advance -- it will probably fill up.
