Tiny bathrooms?

Had a burger in Rafters on Fort Avenue last night.

At one point, I went to the bathroom, and as I was washing my hands, realized the ceiling was only a couple inches above my head -- and I'm not a tall guy. I'd say I'm between 5'8" and 5'9". Some people think that's short.

Made me wonder -- what happens when a dude who stands 6'5" walks in there?

Also got me thinking ... what are some of the smallest bar bathrooms in Baltimore? I've heard LP Docks further down on Fort Avenue has one no bigger than a coffin. You know of any more bathrooms that size?

Sam,

LP Docks is only open on T, W and Th from 10-2.

Warf Rat in Fells has a pretty impressively small (and graffiti'd) bathroom

Ropewalk has a sloping ceiling in one of their men's bathrooms. You could almost rest your head on it.

About Sam Sessa
I've been The Baltimore Sun's nightlife and local entertainment reporter for a couple years, and it's surprising how much the scene has grown in that time. Most of Baltimore's bars and clubs are unpretentious places with fairly cheap drinks and plenty of character. I like dancing and think this city needs more clubs, but nothing beats having a cold, locally brewed beer with friends in a comfortably full corner bar.
