For hardcore partiers

After getting crazy all night, this might be the last thing on your mind.

But if you're still going strong (or you've just gotten up and are ready to bust a move), Mount Vernon's Grand Central hosts an early, early Sunday morning dance party. This thing starts at freaking 6 a.m. and goes until 11 a.m. DJ Leni Kay mans the turn tables.

Who goes to this? Not me. I'm still curled up in bed at 6 a.m. on a Sunday. I called the bar to ask someone, but no one answered.

About Sam Sessa
I've been The Baltimore Sun's nightlife and local entertainment reporter for a couple years, and it's surprising how much the scene has grown in that time. Most of Baltimore's bars and clubs are unpretentious places with fairly cheap drinks and plenty of character. I like dancing and think this city needs more clubs, but nothing beats having a cold, locally brewed beer with friends in a comfortably full corner bar.
