My husband and I love the outdoor lounge at the Ruth's Chris at Pier 5. What better place is there to be on a nice summer night but outside people watching under the stars.

Casbar had delicious drinks and an eclectic music selection last Saturday, and my out-of-town guests enjoyed the special-effects drinks and decor at Ixia. But my personal favorite is Tusk Lounge on the second floor of Brass Elephant. Comfy, never loud or crowded.
