I hope you also saw the powdered alcohol will not have an age limit, as in the US and many European countries, alcohol is defined as a liquid.
So, now we have a drink that can be bought by anyone, and is fizzy and fun; not sure if this is deliberately positioned to attract children, but still an interesting issue.

Yeah, I saw that, Tom. But since this thing was just announced, I want to wait a little bit and see what happens before starting up that debate.
Plus, I think that if it's technically legal for underage consumption, the government's going to take a hard look at that law pretty quickly.
