Kirk Franklin promotes stroke prevention

The American Heart Association will be using the black church to drive home the message of stroke prevention.

And gospel artist Kirk Franklin is just one of the spokesmen for the campaign.

Franklin, who performed with Marvin Sapp and Yolanda Adams yesterday at 1st Mariner Arena, will use "Declaration" from his The Fight of My Life CD as a theme song for the tour, which also incorporates the message from the heart association's Power to End Stroke Movement national campaign.
