Breaking news: Guess who's singing at Obama's inauguration?

Here's are a few clues:

She's hails from Detroit, where her father was the pastor of powerful church.

She got her start in gospel, but during the 60s moved over to pop and soul.

The song she is known the world over is something she's gotten a lot of all her career because she demands it.

Do you know who it is yet?

More current clues:

She, Beyonce and Tina Turner got in a spat earlier this year at the Grammys over who is known as the "Queen.''

By now you know who it is.

The "Queen of Soul'' Aretha Franklin is on program Jan. 20 to sing during the historical inauguration day ceremony when the first African-American president, Barack Obama, will be sworn in.

Franklin will be on the program with other musical talents such as Cellist Yo-Yo Ma and Violinist Itzhak Perlman, the San Francisco Boys Chorus and the San Francisco Girls Chorus.
