Contemporary gospel's Chapman, Smith unite for tour

Michael W. Smith and Steven Curtis Chapman, both contemporary gospel artists, hit the tour trail in October.

The duo will come to Bethesda's Music Center at Strathmore on Oct. 31 at 7:30 p.m.

Smith sang at a memorial for Chapman's daughter, who died in a tragic accident in the driveway of the family home.

The men will perform music from their respective CDs. Chapman's This Moment CD was released last October. Smith has a new CD, A New Hallelujah, with an expected release of Oct. 28.
