Eh, I don't know. Methinks they doth protest too much. I agree that organic methods are safer and more environmentally responsible than conventional, but beyond that you start getting into a bunch of classist value judgements about how you spend your money and your time. I mean come on, the "good-food" movement? You've basically said that anyone who doesn't eat like you is bad and wrong.
