Quick Query - lunch along 95 in Delaware

I need suggestions for someone who is meeting friends for lunch tomorrow in Delaware, convenient to the 95 corridor. (Know that the friends had suggested an Olive Garden.)

The Dog House in New Castle

Downtown Newark has some kinda fun spots - I have had solid meals and good beers at the Iron Hill location there.

Wilmington has an area just off 95 called Riverfront with a bunch of restaurants: http://www.riverfrontwilm.com/dining-nightlife/

these are all great idea, but this one looked ideal. But the website isn't working and the phone number is disconnected. here we go again!

Newark: Santa Fe, Deer Park, Iron Hill, Homegrown
