Go, Jenny

Consumer Reports publishes its diet ratings today, the first since 2007.

The winner this time, Jenny Craig, and handily.

The report provides side-by-side comparison of the USA's main diet programs, including Weight Watchers, Atkins and Nutrisystem. The diets were essentially rated on whether they work. Cost and taste (when applicable) are addressed in the article but not in the rankings.
