The king and I

King Arthur Flour, the company that got me crosswise with the gluten-free "community" by inducing my swoon over gluten-boosted pizza dough, wants to help me patch things up.
Why else would King Arthur have alerted me via e-mail to its new line of gluten-free cake, cookie, brownie, muffin, pancake, bread and, yes, pizza dough mixes?
Are we good now?

You've kinda marginalized the non-monarchists with the King Arthur this and the King Arthur that, LV.

Laura, do you read the KAF blog? They made some really amazing gluten free bread over there. I'm tempted to try it, just to see how it turns out!

Thank you! I have a dear childhood friend with a very sick little boy, recently diagnosed with celiac's, along with all his other health problems. They live in a small town with few gluten-free resources. Knowing KA does mail-order, I just sent this to her. Hopefully he will be able to have birthday cake and pizza again without her having to mix her own flour!

King Arhutr Flour is employee-owned and consumer-friendly. Their products are GREAT and their service even better. Did you try the gluten-free products yet?
