Chip Jim - Oh, you are so funny. My grandfather worked for B&D when I was a kid and there was a cook in the cafeteria who made eclairs. He would bring them to us. They were as big as submarines (hogies) and had the best cream filling I have ever had. No eclair has ever compared.
