Something to cheer you up...

...if it's still gloomy in Baltimore.

It will be strange to go from summer (sunny, 90s, deliciously high humidity, breezy) back to spring when we fly back to Baltimore this afternoon.

It's already in the 80's here.

Hey Hal we've got Kajagoogoo on heavy rotation here at Owl Meat HQ so it's always in the 80s.

Yes, two days ago it was in the low 80s with a great gulf breeze.

Its still in the 80s two days later, but now we have blast furnace humidity. It was 76 at 7am this morning, and the sun was plenty hot even then.

The gulf breeze cools us off, but only if you are within two blocks of the gulf. I live about a mile away. And it will be like this until Halloween.
I cannot imagine how folks lived here before air conditioning.
