A strange start to the day

When I went out for a walk this morning I found a man sleeping it off in our front yard under our viburnum bush. That can't be a good omen.

As I was standing there wondering what to do next, an ambulance rolled up and took him away. I guess someone driving by had seen him and called.

Well I had to sleep somewhere – you destroyed my nest in the back yard.

aww, poor McIntyre

And Mr McIntyre has left Wordville.

was it Det. Jimmy McNulty?

It really says something about me that I don't find that odd. I've been living in College Park too long.

Those damn viburnum bushes will do it every time...and they give me a rash

Between that and the rain, I would have turned around and gone back to bed.

Yard?

assuming your guest was intoxicated: thank God pot is not legal..I feel so much safer now.

I hate it when that happens.

Sessa was lost again. Good thing he's getting married soon.

Sessa was lost again.

Perhaps too much celebrating. Today is Midnight Sun's two year birthday. Stop by leave your birthday greetings.

Hey! I've been out of work for less than 24 hours. It's a little soon for me to be going in for the day-in-pajamas-gin-for-breakfast routine.

Well, it wasn't me. It's been a week since I was laid off and I'm still not sleeping through the night...indoors or out.

Mr. McIntyre, EL didn't mention whether you were wearing pajamas -- or just a bowler and bow tie.

The thought of anyone in just a bowler and a bow tie is...not appetite inducing.

while in Austrailia, I got up early to get some coffe and breakfast at a nice outdoor cafe. It was just opening and as I got a table outside to watch the sun come up I noticed someone sleeping under a table a few tables away. by the time my coffee arrived and ambulance rolled up, and he wasn't sleeping, he was dead! I wonder how many people walked by him thinking he was just sleeping!
