EL -- surely you jest, especially after the last month's series of rants about the dreaded White Death?

All I know is that plenty of days in winter were warmer than today's forecast high of 48 degrees. And, OK, maybe I overreacted to how dark it was. EL

As I walked my dog this morning (trying to avoid all the off-leash dogs that infest city parks), I was enjoying the beautiful, clear, crisp morning.

It is all downhill from here, when it comes to weather.

This crankiness isn't happening over on the Gardening blog!

I am on a business trip right now in NJ - and it's snowing. Hard.

Happy Spring, Sandbox!

I had to walk to the bank, all the way to the bank I'm thinking "so this is spring, I'm freezing my butt off" Give me my blizzard.

Thank you. That's what I'm talking about. These Northerners don't understand. EL

At least the sun is out for once! (If I hear that we haven't gotten enough rain once more, I may get stabby!)

I think it's been cold since July.

Yeah, this day stinks as a first day of spring. Fail! And yet another sign of the impending apocalypse ... the Sip & Bite is open today. Ugh.
