Two random Ravens observations

EdReed.jpg

1) Regi's American Bistro in Federal Hill is serving purple (Peruvian) mashed or roasted potatoes with its entrees for lunch and dinner.

"We hope to continue serving up these tasty sides all the way to the Super Bowl," owner Alan Morstein told me.

2) Should I be worried that my daughter has changed her name to "Gailor Large Reed" on her Facebook page?

Gailor is right on, as usual. I have immortalized (? well, in my own mind, anyway) Mr Reed as a giant cupcake. You can see the photo here:

(Though this game's cupcakes were made in honor of Natty Boh.)

GO RAVENS!!!

Depends on whether the "Reed" has any significance in your family. When my daughter was born I suggested giving her a name that my DW said "would make her run away and get married when she was two years old to change it." We named her Jillian.

Worried? You should be Proud!

On topic/off topic:
I have heard that Ray Lewis' Full Moon BBQ is the latest casualty in the restaurant ice age. They were dark last night. Can anyone confirm?

(Not that I really care, their BBQ was crap...)

Oh yeah- GO RAVENS!!!

Atwater's bakery has the most adorable little baby cakes with "Ravens" in purple frosting today.
