Tell us about your pizza
Judging from the number of comments I get any time I post anything about pizza (note that I haven't worked up the nerve to do a Top Ten Pizza yet), I'm guessing many of you have plenty more to say on the subject.
Here's your chance.
Send an e-mail to food@baltsun.com describing your favorite pizza at your favorite pizzeria (or pizzerias) -- heck, it can be your favorite bistro that has great pizza if you want. The best of the e-mails will be published the week before the Super Bowl at BaltimoreSun.com.

I just had pizza for lunch. I got a lot of comments from surrounding coworkers on how good it smelled - and it tasted great too! You know where its from? A frozen box from BJ's!

My mom always buys those Joe Corbi pizzas and gives me a few. My husband and I put our own toppings on them!

Anyone know when Luca's in Locust Point (where Truman's once was) is going to open?

Try Nino's at Preston and Charles, BOP in Fells, Dog Pub in Fed Hill.

The Dog Pub in Fed Hill is the best pizza I've found in Baltimore, though I wish they would vary their pizza selection.
The most overrated is definitely Matthew's - too buttery, greasy, and dry.

Michelle,
I stopped by there about a week and a half ago, and they said they'd be open in three weeks.
But knowing how restaurants operate, I'd say they'll probably be up and running by mid-February.

Too bad there's nowhere in Charm City to get true authentic Chicago Deep Dish. Lou Malnati's and "The Original Gino's" (R.I.P.) are/were my personal favorites in the Windy City. The Original Gino's (not to be confused with "Gino''s East) closed last year. Lou Malnati's has their own personal tomato growers in California for their sauce.
