About this blog
Richard Gorelick was appointed The Baltimore Sun's restaurant critic in September 2010. Before joining the paper staff fulltime, he contributed freelance criticism and features articles about food to area and regional publications. Along the way, he dispatched for short-distance trucking companies, shilled for cultural non-profits, and assisted in cognitive neurology research – never the subject, always the control.
He takes restaurants seriously but not himself, and his favorite restaurant is the one you love, too.

I may have missed it, but will there be a print version of the black bottom pie?
It's a little farther down. I posted it this morning. Let me know how it turns out. Elizabeth

Elisabeth,
I cannot find the print version of the black bottom pie recipe. Can you re-post it or email it to me?
Thanks :-)
Here's the URL so others can find it, too.

I found it through the very useful search function to the right on the main page of my blog. Let us know what you think if you make it!
