Baltimore's best restaurants
Someone recently asked me where the Best Restaurants in Baltimore list was on The Sun's Web site. Or if it wasn't on the Web site, if we had a dining guide of best restaurants. We don't.
These days instead of simply picking what we think are the area's top eating places, our dining guides have a theme like "special occasion restaurants" or "cheap eats."
But back to the reader's question. There is no list of Baltimore's best restaurants on The Sun's Web site, although it might be good to create one. Say, a list of every place that gets three stars or more from one of our reviewers with the date when it was reviewed next to it.
Maybe with our newly redesigned Web site there is such a list, and I just haven't come across it yet.

Readers: It may not be a list of "best" restaurants, but you can find the Sun's 2006 guide to 40 "hot spots" (that's the cover above). It's on our Taste section website at baltimoresun.com/taste. Scroll down the right side and look for "Dining Guide."

Since the new website design, I have trouble coming across lots of things I used to be able to find easily. :-)
