Wanted: potato salad

I'm working away on my Top Ten All-American dishes from local restaurants, but I haven't been able to come up with a great potato salad.

A little help here, guys.

Andy Nelsons in Cockeysville has the best potato salad I've ever had. It has a great combination of bbq spices that really complement the fresh red skin potatos.
It goes great with their spicy baked beans and a nice big brisket sammich. Talk about an All-American meal!

Love the Potato Salad at Andy Nelson's BBQ!

Was really pleased by Bill Bateman's version. heuses both red skinned potatoes and red onions in the salad, as well as some nice seasoning. Very good

I don't really have a vote for potato salad, but I would like to put in a vote for Cafe Hon egg salad. Delish! On a salad or on the egg bread.

Sometimes the potato salad at Cactus Willies is good. Finding great potato salad or macroni and cheese at a restaurant is next to impossible.

I third the Andy Nelson motion. It is great. Followed by the recipe used by Gibby's though they have only the carryout now.

Great potato salad at Baldwin's on route 40 in Joppa.
