Craft Corps: everyone has a story

Vicki Howell from Craft Corps is distributing a weekly newsletter that features individual crafters. Craft Weekly, as it’s called, is an extension of Craft Corps, Vicki’s celebration of the craft community. Craft Corps (the book), due out in May 2010, profiles 30 influential designers including Amy Butler (Amy Butler Designs), Faythe Levine (Handmade Nation) and Jay McCarroll (Project Runway).

Craft Weekly is linked to the new Craft Corps web site, which includes links to members' personal blogs and information about giveaways and events. There’s even a place to become a part of the movement by filling out a profile to share your story (or just click on the image above).
