Save Handmade Toys

If you haven't already heard, Congress recently passed the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act to strengthen the safety standards of children's products. Because of new standards - which will go into effect on Feb. 10 - smaller businesses, including many independent crafters, will be hurt because they cannot afford to pay for third-party testing and labeling of their goods.
