New real estate poll: Ask the experts

I'm thinking of lining up various experts willing to answer your housing-related questions. But it's only worth doing if there's enough interest from you, the potential question-askers.

So weigh in below. Which of the following Q&As would you want to participate in? (You can pick as many as you want.)

Have a particular expert you'd like to see answering the Q's? Comment below. (Thanks to Kevin R for offering the first suggestion.)

And now, because two Wonk commenters think weekly polls are a bit much: another poll! (Stay with me here.) I've been putting up a poll every weekend, but there's no reason to continue if it leaves most of you cold:

I think it would be cool to hear from Mike Aubrey. He's a local real estate agent who just recently got a show on HGTV caled Real Estate Intervention.

Good suggestion -- thanks!

A crisis counselor for RE agents?

John McIntyre to give thorough definitions of terms so that there is no longer any excuse to cross argue when neither party really understands the terms they are using?

A poll on polls? tsk

Having polls is a great feature; but don't feel obliged to create one because of a schedule.

If or when a topic develops that would be served by a poll... do one.

The only RE agents I would like to hear from are the foreclosure listing agents. They know what sells, they know the inventory, they do lots of BPOs and they know the pipeline.

Maryland Team REO
Steele Team
Execuhome REO

are the names that I've heard of
