Change in sales, 2000-2005: up 20 percent
Change in sales, 2005-2007: down 19 percent (below '99 sales levels)
Change in average price, 2000-2005: up 113 percent
Change in average price, 2005-2007: up 1 percent

Didn't you win an award for prompting DC buyers to Baltimore? Now that your blog is focused on Metro, I wonder about that.

No, Christian. I won an award for a series that, in part, detailed how the Baltimore metro area -- I repeat, metro area -- was seeing its housing market impacted by Washington-area workers. I do not write stories telling people to do things.
If you'll recall, I explained this when you called me a week or so ago.
