As a reminder that a single metro area can have a wide range of housing markets, BusinessWeek analyzed the country's largest metros to show the difference between the best- and worst-performing ZIP codes by change in asking price.
As usual, Baltimore isn't quite big enough to make the cut. But you can see Washington. (Asking prices rose 19 percent in Falls Church, 22043, and fell 49 percent in Woodbridge, 22191.)
