Your idea here
Every Monday in this space, I cover an issue related to buying, selling, renting or just generally living in a home. Every Monday. Eventually I'm going to run out of ideas. So help me out, kind readers: Tell me what topics you're most interested in. What would you like to see? (Click HERE for all the previous How-to posts, if you'd prefer to check there first.)
How-to Monday isn't the time for exhaustive analyses or big investigations, of course. It has to be a how-to, for one, and it can't be too complicated or it'll never fit in the small space they give me when it gets printed in The Sun the following Friday. But that doesn't mean you can't suggest news stories for my (frightening long) queue.
So chime in, either in the comments or by email. What would you like to know? What do you think others should know?

The only serious subject regarding real estate now should be the phenomenon of bailout, or: why should the tax payers, the people who pay their rents, or mortgages, or equities in a disciplined manner. People who don't buy if they don't have money, and who don't bribe to get fraudulent monies...why should they finance those who do?

Well said Ron. There is a website
"angryrenter.com" where you can sign a petition voicing opposition to the bailout.

Jamie, how about an analysis on price to rents ratios by county.
