It is forbidden to link to this site!!
I have never seen this before. Whatever you do, don't link to this site!!! You would think that BGE/Constellation's lawyers have better things to do.

Jay, that page you referenced says it hasn't been updated since the end of 2005. Perhaps BGE's lawyers should pay a bit more attention, not less, to this ridiculous policy.

This is a fantastic example of clueless management. A policy like this is completely idiotic in the digital age.
I am fuming mad about BGE's rate increasing and CEG's huge debt load. It should NOT be the responsibility of residents to pay inflated electric rates because the reckless idiots who run CEG ran up a MOUNTAIN of debt they can't pay off....
