Where the houses are depreciating

Housing can also depreciate due to lack of enforcement of noise ordinances and zoning ordinances. Maryland has no real noise laws, at least no one is enforcing them in our area. Our Sheriff totally ignores them. He even cancels the noise calls. Hope the State of Maryland can take a hit on the lost tax revenue. The home owners aren't losing sleep over it, only losing sleep over the noise!
