I printed them at the library and had no problem using them. As a matter of fact, the restaurant was full of people with a coupon in hand. Out of about 25 people in the restaurant and more in the drive thru, 98% of us had the Oprah coupon! Thanks Oprah! Cairo, GA

My daughter told me about the coupons and said that she printed them and used them in Mansfield, Tx, but I haven't been able to print them because of high volume response. The site can't keep up.

Well, I downloaded the coupon printer, but nothing printed. Instead, it told me that I printed the number of coupons allowed! I don't know what to do from here.

I downloaded my coupons and went to use them today. the 6th, and was told that "due to the high response they were no longer accepting the Oprah coupons". Well, if they didn't expect such a volume they should not have offered the promotion.

Thanks for the gesture in giving the coupons. I was really looking forward to trying the chicken but the web site says that I already printed my coupons and I definitely have not.

kept getting timed out trying to load the coupon printer, and then those times counted against my 4 possible online printer copies for the max 4 free meals, so ended up with nothing!

I have been trying 2 print these coupons all day, I have gone to oprah's website & kfc. I have never had this problem before, on kfc site, u are told to download a "coupon printer" that is impossible. I've even tried the pdf. All the sites I've tried either sent me to, a dead link, oops this page has errors or the link no longer exist and cllicking "refresh" doesn't help either. I would love 2 try kfc grilled chicken, guess I'll have 2 buy it.

I was reading comments on the oprah site and one person said her coupons were refused because they said hers did not hace a watermark on them. Mine does not have a watermark on them. Are they suppose to/. Does everybody elses?

I could not get it to print. I even went to the "trouble printing coupon" section. I was then told I had exceeded my limit. I hadn't even printed one. What a joke! Everytime I try to get in on the free stuff Oprah promotes this happens. I give up and I probably will quit watching her show. Most of the "favorites" promoted cost too much anyway.

I presented my coupon yesterday after 7:00pm and received my grilled chicken. The line was not very long and the staff was courteous. (NYC -14th Street KFC) Biscuits were finished and we were offered a free soda instead.(great business pratice!!) I enjoyed it and will be returning today to make my purchase. (only printed one coupon and they are no longer offered) but for $3.99 its worth it.

I had a few issue's, had to uninstall adobe, so it would print real coupons, not the pdf's that all ended in 1234, which i assume most people got according to another site?,

Tried to redeem at drive-up window yesterday and was told that it did not have the "bubbles" so it was rejected. Drove 10 miles out of my way and was turned away. GREAT?

Oh. My. God. Let me tell you a story.

First, we go to a KFC near downtown baltimore, and they aren't serving grilled chicken at this time.

Then, we go to a KFC near the city county border that isn't open.

Then, we go to a KFC near our homes. 20 minutes after waiting in line (of people - I won't dare to mention the size of the car line), one worker walks to us and tells us that they aren't offering free grilled chicken. Apparently it is in the discretion of each manager to allow or not allow this deal.

Finally, we go to a KFC in Towson. 20 minutes into it, we talk to a woman who indicates that the wait period for chicken is in excess of an hour.

I will never eat at a KFC again. Good idea, terrible execution - and it isn't the first time they've been this way.

My little sister Rachel and her boyfriend both got intense food poisoning from eating KFC's new grilled chicken in Annapolis. So eat at your own risk, people.

i worked for k.f.c for 2.5 years i know better then to try i did and got nothing i dont work for them any more they dont care about this i was told alot of people got thairfree meal but it was hell trying to get it.

Of course thanks Oprah for the free meal, but no thanks to KFC! I was accused of making a copy of a coupon. I explained that I went to the site and printed it out on a printer at home. They then questioned me on when I printed it. At that point I said just forget it, I'll pay for my chicken, thank you very much. They then relented and gave me a meal. If their tring to get new customers, it's not working on me!

as of now, KFC has decided not to honor their coupons. Instead they will mail you a rain check. Talk about a huge huge huge way to damage your brand. I prefer Popeyes anyway.

I think this whole free chicken coupon is a JOKE! I went to three different KFC's last night and all three claimed to be "out of grilled chicken". I just dont understand why KFC wouldn't have increased their stock knowing that they're running a big promotion right now.

Tried to use the KFC coupon today and was told they are no longer honoring them due to an overwhelming response. Hello, it was on Oprah. Didn't you see this coming?? Instead they want you to mail in for ANOTHER coupon to be mailed to you. Disappointing!

Thank you for the KFC coupons, but I think KFC should except the coupons until the date on it which is 5-19-2009.

Although some of my co-wokers were able to get their free chicken, I was turned away from the Detroit Rd store in Westlake Ohio. We were advised to get yet another free coupon via mail. Sorry , you lost all future business from me.

I went to use my coupons today and was told because they gave away 2000 pieces of chicken, they were not given anymore. I had to give them my coupons and fill out a paper with my information on it. I was told they would send me a coupon in the mail. This is KFC at 4040 Plainfield in Grand Rapids MI.

I also am one of those who could not get the coupons, I tried over & over.

If KFC really wanted people to have their free meal, they should have published the rain check form so we can download it without going to the KFC restaurant. In my area I already visited 3 restaurants (I don't have time to go to all of them) and none of them had the form. Poor marketing strategy. I decided not to go to KFC anymore unless they rectify their mistale without making the customer jumping through hoops to get the free meal.

hmmmph!! kfc won't honor any coupons here in hawaii. as a matter of fact, when you go to their web site, they don't list hawaii as part of the united states. we're listed with international/hawaii/canada. imagine that!! guess popeyes will be the place we'll go from now on.

Kfc is not fair.This was a bait and switch to get us to pay for food they promised for free, then spend money on a stamp for a coupon that will never come. Call your state office of consumer relations and file a complaint. Everyone knows if you have Oprah endorse something that everybody in the world is going to jump on the bandwagon. I work at kfc in Manchester Tennessee and I will explain everything to you. First of all we have always been honoring the coupon. Because oprah had technical difficulties on her website a lot of ppl weren't able to get there coupons. Then when they finally started to work everyone was getting the same barcode on all the coupons. Kfc employees were instructed to make sure all barcodes were different so after seeing some with same barcode, I downloaded coupon from work and I had same barcode. Then I realized there is a glich on oprahs website. With all these people getting the same barcode coupons, they can make as many copies as they wanted. That is why Kfc's were running out of chicken. We couldn't keep up with Grilled chicken for our paying customers. Because of the technical difficulties on Oprahs website it is costing KFC a lot of money giving away all these copied coupons. This is where the rainchecks come in. All stores are still honoring the coupon and we are sorry for the inconvenience. You only have to fill out the raincheck, attach your coupon, and send it in the mail or bring to Kfc. We will send it for you. We even offer an extra free drink for the problem. If it wasn't for the glich on the oprah website this would have never happened. Her website should have been ready for overwhelming downloads if she is going to put the coupons on there. We want everyone to try the grilled chicken. It is amazing, I love it. Oprah's website has really made KFC look bad. If it wasn't for that, the rainchecks would have never had to come to this. But again as a Manager don't give up, bring us your coupon, and we assure you, you will get your free meal and drink. We just have to do it the raincheck way. So please don't blame KFC we are trying our best to keep up with the high demands of the grilled chicken. Oh and nothing against Oprah either, she was only trying to help. I just think she wasn't prepared for all those downloads and that is why a lot of people didn't even get to download one.

I downloaded the coupon print program and it printed 3 instead of 4. I went back to the site to try to print the last one and it told me I had already printed the maximum amount of coupons allowed which I did not. Later I went to my local KFC and they had a sign on the door that they were not accepting the coupons but they could offer rainchecks. So, I filled out the form for the 3 rainchecks and bought some grilled chicken for my family. It was very aggravating. I was getting the free grilled chicken for my 3 little boys and was going to buy other KFC individual meals for my dh and I. I really don't expect to see any raincheck coupons arriving in my mailbox from KFC...
