Light, shadow and many angles

So I carried my camera to the Baltimore Auto Show Saturday.

(Nikon D2Xs, Nikon 17-35mm @ 17mm, 1/125th sec. @ f/10, ISO 100)

This is along Pratt Street, and the light was coming from behind the convention center, along a stairwell, and looked very nice in the cold winter afternoon. I love the light during this time of year. It seems to have more weight to it and is more pleasing to the eye even in the middle of the day. It is probably because the sun is farther to the south, and lower in the sky for most of the day, and filtering through more atmosphere than in summertime.
